So, did you never move, or did you move & need to move again?
(Sorry, I don't have any actual suggestions)

What towns are you looking and what districts are you looking for. We use to live in Brettonwoods in Coram and it was lovely. Totally family friendly and safe with a gatehouse, clubhouse, pools, bowling alley, restaurant and golf course. It is split between Longwood and Middle Country districts. I actually still own the condo if you want to buy it lol.

If you do plan on moving there, let me know. I have the total low down on the place lol. My dad is condo president and I have half the maintenance staff doing side jobs on my house lol.

My sister lived in Bretton Woods for many years before they just bought a house in another town. Nice community with a great indoor/outdoor pool, and tons of kids. I wouldn't want to be on the Longwood side though (just my opinion). The area itself is fine, it's the border of Coram and Selden off Mooney Pond Road near 83, so not the Coram you are probably thinking of.

I grew up and my Mom still lives at Birchwood at Blueridge in Medford, same owners as Birchwood at Brettonwoods. It's an amazing condo with everything you could want and more. Feel free to FM me with any questions.

Re: family friendly condo s in Suffolk
My friend lives in a beautiful condo near woodside avenue and Patchogue-Holbrook rd. It's sachem schools and it was affordable. Not a ton of amenities, but a safe neighborhood and good neighbors.

Re: family friendly condo s in Suffolk
We lived in Waverly Park condos on Waverly Ave. in Holtsville. We had our first child there and lived there until she was about 2.5 years old. I thought it was very family friendly. They have a kids playground and a swimming pool and it's close to everything. It's good for taking walks as well if you're still in the stroller stage. We also had a nice little patio space and a garden area for planting. We wanted a house and more space but loved it while we were there. I do miss the snow shoveling they used to do, I'll tell ya that.
