Do I tip this person?
I am getting my kitchen redone. Contractor has workers installing my cabinets. I think the workers are outsourced. Do I tip in that case or is it not my place to tip, since it's a job being paid and organized by our contractor?

I dont do any of the above, people are getting paid for the work. They're not doing it to be nice.
