Venue Recommendation
We are late to plan our son's communion in May, while I'm at it I'd like to plan my daughter's first birthday the following month.
Can you recommend any venue in Suffolk? We are in Holbrook but we'll travel.

I'm not sure how big you are looking for, but I went to a communion at Shandon Court that was great. I also recently went to a large first birthday at the Lake Ronkonkoma Fire Department that was really nice. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was!

Thank you! I should've mentioned the communion is only 40 people, so a restaurant with a private room would've been OK. The first birthday is going to be about 60. Thank you for all the great recommendations. Many are already booked for the communion, which I expected. :)

Highly recommend Mario's in East Setauket and Mannino's in Commack.
The food is to die for, I have had parties at both, and they were just amazing. Beautiful rooms. Great service.
My go-to places.

i had my wedding at Three Village Inn in Stony Brook and it was great. they have a large and smaller room.
