how do i wrap a toaster in clear wrapping???
got a shower invite and they requested 'clear wrapping'???? if i end up doing a bunch of little things i know i can just put it in a basket with cellophane.
but i like to just get one gift and be done. so lets say i get a toaster....what the heck do i do with it?? just stick a card and bow on the box?

how do i wrap a toaster in clear wrapping???
I would put the box in a clear cellophane bag from Party City, get some some pretty ribbon and call it a day :)

or just use clear cellophane and wrap it like any other gift.

I don't see the point of clear cellophane for a big item like that I'd just put a fancy ribbon around it.

Just went though this with a friend's shower. I stuck a bow and the card on the gift. There was no way I was wrapping a big box in clear cellophane!

This! I get that they don't want to open to make it go faster, but don't waste your money on getting clear cellophane. Save your money and stick a bow on the box.

you can either use cellophane or just put a bow on it and a card.
I would probably do the bow and card if it was just one item I got.

Exactly- they don't want traditional wrapping, they don't get any. lol
I'd just stick a bow on the box.

I would put it in cello, tie it at the top. I personally wouldn't show up without it wrapped in something. But that's just me.
