How much do you pay for Homeowner's insurance?
I am weighing options to buy a home in Nassau County (looking in Wantagh, Levittown, Massapequa) . I wonder what people are paying for homeowner's insurance and what options are out there. I know it varies but some ideas would help.

How much do you pay for Homeowner's insurance?
It really depends on the home, if it's near the water, size, if there's a pool.
But I pay $900 a year.

It's really hard to compare as there are so many factors, the size/price of the house, if there is a pool, any riders you add on. Just take a look at all the insurance companies and then you can make a comparison for your own house.

Contact Jen Jennings, she's a vendor on here. She got me a good rate with excellent coverage and has been a very helpful broker.

I second contacting Jen. We shopped around for our rate and she was able to get us a rate almost half of what we were quoted. Very responsive too.
ETA: We are paying $1000. Massapequa Park north of Sunrise so no flood zone
