Ways to modify Levittown Cape?
This is for a friend. Looking for ideas to expand a Levitt cape. Any websites to look at sample pictures or layouts? Also, house is on a corner, so if you know rules for how close to the street you can have the house, that would be helpful. Thanks!

I see a lot in my area that dormer the top, which gives you a lot more room; we have a 20 x 12 extension right behind the garage.

she should look through real estate in levittown . A lot have people have changed there houses in different ways.
