Shoes w/ this dress?
I'm bad at accessories -
I am wearing this tomorrow night to a formal business event. Minus the belt - People are dressed in anything from sequened gowns, to the plainest sheath I'd wear on a random tuesday under a jacket to the office - So, I try to go in between.
Would black shoes look best with this? Or should I go red, or blue?
I have a chunky spakly necklace I'm debating .....and I'm going to give my normal huge, long curly mane a rest with a blowout ......and more makeup than normal

Normally I'd say you can do a pop of color with that, but for a formal, business event, I'd stick with the black shoes.
I think that would look perfect.

I like this.
As for the necklace. I don't think I would wear anything. The design on the dress is beautiful and I wouldn't want to take away from that.
Also a clunky necklace with that design may be too much.

I'll probably ditch the necklace - I always like it in theory, but never feel comfortable
I brought both my red satin peep toes and my black patent loubs ..........I have to see what my mood is later

I am the same way! I can never pull off the chunky necklaces.
Love them on others, I feel like an assh0le in them myself
