OB Recommendation

Hi girls,

The more I think about it, the more I dislike my OB and how their office runs. It's also in Queens and I live in south shore Nassau. Any recommendations for an OB in Nassau who delivers at North Shore- New Hyde Park or Manhasset, doesn't matter.

OB Recommendation

I currently go to North Shore OB GYN Associates in Great Neck. It's several doctors and they deliver at NSUH Manhasset. They have a MFM on staff if you're high risk so you don't have to go to 2 separate practices.

I used to use Dr Bashian at Long Island Womens Health Associates but had to switch because the wait times were insane. I could have a 4pm appointment and not leave until after 8pm. That happened on several occasions when I was pregnant with my DD. If you don't mind long waits; she's great and delivers at LIJ

OB Recommendation

I go to Great Neck OB/GYN. I see Dr. Kaufman as my regular doctor but I have also seen Dr. Rifkin and Dr. Santoyo. They deliver at North Shore Manhasset and it seems like they always have a doctor from their practice on call at the hospital. The down side is that at busy times I have waited about an hour to be seen but I like everyone there so its worth it.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Women for Women OBGYN -- 5 female doctors and 1 female nurse practitioner. They are located on Lakeville Road in New Hyde Park right next door to LIJ, where they deliver and have privileges. I've never waited for more than 20 minutes for my appointment -- I'm usually called in within 10 mins. I'm not a huge fan of all the office staff (I think some are rude and short tempered), but given my interactions with them are very limited, its not enough to turn me off from the practice as I really like all the doctors! Dr. Bell is my fav!

OB Recommendation

I go to the practice on 877 Stewart Ave in Garden City. There are 3 doctors in the practice & they are all amazing. Dr. Rosenberg delivered my son back in January. They deliver at North Shore Manhasset.

I got to LIWHC in Bellmore and see Dr. Frenkel. Sometimes the waits are long but I've been in and out within an hour lately so no too bad. They deliver at LIJ (NHP)
