Deed and certificate of occupancy
How do I get copies of the deed and the certificate of occupancy? I've never seen them and I need them ASAP. Thank you!!

We went to the Village that our house is in and they had that stuff on file. (The COs anyway)

Your town hall will have them. Or call the attorney who handled your closing. The attorney should have copies.
