Need a healthy salmon recipe
I picked up some Norwegian salmon yesterday and I'm trying to find a yummy healthy way to make them. I'm not a huge fan of grilling fish, so I prefer to bake it or fry it (I know...not as healthy). What are some of your favorite ways to make salmon?

sea salt, pepper, take honey and mixit with low sodium soy ( you can substitute soy for coconut aminos ) and grate fresh ginger. rub everything all over the salmon and bake it. make sure you grease the pant with olive oil and the fish as well.

Re: Need a healthy salmon recipe
Norwegian salmon is so flavorful that all it needs is a bit of sea salt, imo. I bake it for 25 minutes at 350.
Atlantic salmon I find not to be as flavorful, so I bake it with different toppings. Glaze with Teriyaki sauce. Rub with olive oil, squeeze lemon, fresh dill, sea salt Mix panko with melted butter, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, a little sea salt, put on top of fish.
If I pan fry it, I season the fish with salt and paprika, in hot pan skin side down fry in olive oil, flip and add a squeeze of lemon at the end.

Thanks everyone! I don't know how "healthy" it was, but I ended up doing a glaze of Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and parsley. It was delicious!!!
