Mort broker referral
so we are in the process of trying to purchase a condo
In Nassau country
We were trying to get a loan w BAC but the Hoa has regulations that bac does not want to participate in etc
Long story short I am looking for a mort broker in Nassau county

Mort broker referral
We used Continental Home Loans Frank Giuliano located in Melville.
They do all types of mortgages and work fast and efficiently and are also very responsive. Highly recommend them. I know lots of people on here have also used Continental.

I also always recommend Steve Simpson, Sr. Loan Officer at U.S. Mortgage Corp. His contact info is:

He is great with all loans, but is actually helping me out right now with a condo buyer of mine who was originally with NEFCU, but then NEFCU wouldn't do the loan given some of the answers on the condo questionnaire. They wanted my buyer to do an 10-1 arm rather than a 30 year fixed, but he was able to switch to Steve Simpson and get the 30 year fixed rate loan. And he can rush a file to get it closed quickly if you are switching mid-stream, once you are under contract. He has helped me and my clients out many times, and I recommend him to personal friends and family members as well as clients.
