Confused. BFP?
I am 10 dpo today and I took an internet cheapie before I got in the shower (FMU). I ran around, got changed, let out the dog. Just before I was about to leave I checked the test and almost plopped. I very evident second line. BFP? I was sooooooooooooooooooooo not expecting it so I was just kinda stunned. It was past the window to check but it was there and I really don't think it was an evap line.
I run to work and buy FRER at the drug store. Take the test on a two hour urine hold and full cup of coffee. BFN. Like, not even a hint of a line. I start to cry in the bathroom.
I wait ANOTHER 2 hours and figure what the heck, I pee on a wondfo (same cheapie as above) and see a very, very, faint line in the same position as the first test.
I know the obvious answer is "wait until tomorrow AM" but what the heck?? In the 18 months that we have been TTC I have never had a BFP or even a false positive.
Any thoughts would be MUCH appreciated!!!

The cheapies might need less HCG in your system to get a positive. Try the cheapies again tomorrow and see if you get a + again.

Yikes! Sounds like a BFP to me! I would try to hold pee 4-6 hours and try again because tomorrow AM seems so far away! Good luck!

I got my BFP on a wondfo before it showed up on a FRER. It was very slight but was there. Good luck!

FRER picks up HCG at 6. I got a BFP 10dpo/5dp5dt but it was on FRER. Every other test i was getting BFN and when i called FRER they said their sensitivity is as low as 6. I don't like internet cheapies/wondofos since there tends to be bad batches that gives false positives. Wait a couple of days then retest.

I was thinking the same- it could be a bad batch of wondfos. I know waiting sucks, but I'd try again first thing with both wondfo and FRER, at least if you got another positive on the wondfo, because those FRERs ain't cheap! GOod luck!!!

those cheapies are probably detecting a very small amoung of HCG so maybe its more sensitive than the FR tests?
