Pregnancy insomnia?
And tips? It's not falling asleep that's an issue. It's getting back to sleep once I wake up in the middle of the night.

Pregnancy insomnia?
Had it with #1 in the third trimester. Dreading it this time around. I ended up on the couch most nights and that helped go back to sleep a bit.

I had this issue in my first 2 trimesters. Now I'm in my third and have no issues getting back to sleep. You can try a cup of chamomile tea right before you go to bed at your regular time and when you wake up during the night(for your DDs or to use the bathroom) you should drift right off.

Same issue here. It has been brutal from the beginning of the pregnancy and all the way through. Funny thing is I never had this issue with my other two pregnancies. I slept with no problems with them! Some nights I resort to a half of a children's benadryl  !

I don't have insomnia but for some reason on the weekends I can't sleep past 6:30am. I think I just get too uncomfortable after a while.

I had it both of my entire pregnancies from the point of the + test on. I think it's hormones. No advice, it's very frustrating.
