Marriage license
It's $40.
You need two forms of ID. License, passport, birth certificate are good.
There is a 24 hour waiting period so just do it more than a day before wedding.
Your local town hall/clerk office does them. Call for hours, etc,

It's also only good for 60 days or so, so you can't do it too early. Dh and I went to Hempstead when we got ours

We got ours at the Town of Oyster Bay town hall - it should be close to you. Its on Hicksville Rd just south of Jerusalem Ave
