B6 and luteal phase
Does anyone know how much B6 is recommended to help with luteal phase issues? I'm currently taking prenatals with B6, but I'm wondering if I need extra. Thanks!

i dont have the best answer for you, but since no one else is responding i will tell you that you do need additional B6 if you think your luteal phase is out of whack. I cannot recall how much though. When i was ttc my first, i was taking prenatals and an additional B6 pill...whatever the dose of the over the counter cvs brand. the month I took it was the month we got a bfp

B6 and luteal phase
I took 100mg a day, split into 4 doses because I had the 25mg pills (solgar makes them).
My cycles shortened from 40 days to 31/32 and I got a bfp after taking for a few months. It could have been a coincidence, but it certainly doesn't hurt to try.

B6 and luteal phase
I took 100 mg of B - 100 Complex. My luteal phase was 8 days for the last few months and this month I got a BFP.
