I just saw a Chico's commercial and they advertised stirrup pants. Are they really back???

I kind of want to try them! I think with high boots they will help the pants not bunch up

Yes. A few seasons ago I got a pair at Old Navy mixed in with the leggings.
Although I'm sure they come on all kinds of snazzy materials now.
