OFFICIAL SEPTEMBER MOMMAS HEARD!!!!
Another September mom here! I'm a 2010 and 2012 mom. I lost my 4.5 year old DS in Dec so this pregnancy has been an emotional rollercoaster, but this baby girl is definitely our miracle rainbow baby! My 3 yr old DD is so excited for her new baby sister and has already named her Baby Princess Anna lol.
Just found out I have GD (again) and have to test my sugar levels 4x a day but otherwise feeling pretty good. Hope everyone is doing well :)

OFFICIAL SEPTEMBER MOMMAS HEARD!!!!
Warning - Im cranky and miserable right now. My due date is 9/10, and Ive had a pretty positive outlook throughout the pregnancy but right now Im so done. Except for these pesky 4 weeks I have left. I feel like, as a pregnant mom, no one wants to hear me complain about pregnancy. Im supposed to just be glowing. But waaaaaah. I feel like crap. My legs are so sore at night, Im constipated, a little swollen. I have too many days left to be miserable now so I gotta really get my mental mojo in order!

OFFICIAL SEPTEMBER MOMMAS HEARD!!!!
I kind of feel that way too. I've felt amazing this whole pregnancy but now at 33.5 weeks it starting to kick my butt. I sleep like crap which is the worst part. I started getting carpal tunnel so my numb, tingling hands wake me up every single night. Then during the day my fingers feel incredibly tight and my wrist kills me if I move it the wrong way. Last time I went to the doctor the baby was measuring double the weight he should be haha. The doctor said if he keeps growing so much we'll have to schedule a C section. I go back Friday so we'll see how the little tank is doing.

OFFICIAL SEPTEMBER MOMMAS HEARD!!!!
37 weeks and I've been done for awhile lol. I miss sleeping, putting pants on while standing, basically just feeling normal lol.
She's head down, about 7lbs, and apparently has a ton of hair! Her room is not ready, I'm not packed, and I still need to wash a couple of things I'm reusing from DD1. So I'm ready, but not lol.

35+ weeks and done done done (physically that is). The room is almost ready, and most of DS1's old newborn and 3 month clothes have been washed.
I woke up with the most awful charlie horse in my calf today, and I'm still trying to stretch it and get it back to normal.

This is me, all of the above... down to the baby's weight, hair and the fact that I'm so ready to be done yet not ready at all lol

Just had my weekly sono and appt. I was nervous because I was feeling junky all day but everything looks great! I was told again that she has a ton of hair! GBS came back positive though. Eh it is what it is.

I think I'm the only one that's not done - aside from dr appts. This is my first pregnancy and it's flown by. It's gone so much faster then I expected. I have less than 6 weeks to go and I still have to get stuff ready. The furniture is set up but still need to buy a lot of things, wash clothes and blankets, set up bassinet, pack my bag, get paperwork together. The list goes on and on.

I think every woman has their own highs and lows. For me, the last 4 weeks are the hardest, with each day getting a bit harder than the one before. With both my first pregnancy and this one, I felt like there was a light switch when I turned 35 weeks or so that went from "feels like a normal person" to "everything hurts." But that's just my experience! So I started my baby prep early and finished early in anticipation of these last 4 weeks or so being hard for me. You still have plenty of time to get all that stuff done but don't put it off too much! You could go a bit early or suddenly feel not so great! Good luck

My due date is 2 days before yours and I feel exactly the same way! I've officially hit that brick wall. I've developed carpal tunnel so both my hands feel numb/tingly most of the day and both insomnia and swelling have kicked in. Feeling your pain!

OFFICIAL SEPTEMBER MOMMAS HEARD!!!!
8 days to go and I'm not happy. The NP where I go pushes induction on me whereas the doctors I see (high risk ones), haven't mentioned a thing to me. Unfortunately the doctors are all on vacation for the next two weeks so I feel like this NP is going to force me into it. I'm on BP meds and on Friday before my appointment with her, I had a panic attack, which is so not like me. I checked my BP several times and it was fine. I go in for my appt and she checks it SEVEN times but won't tell me what it is b/c she "doesn't want to make me more nervous than I am". So she's making me come in Tuesday to check it again. It was difficult but I managed to get an appointment with someone else. I'm feeling crampy tonight and I really hope it means something is happening because I am not ready for an induction after my last experience. I was only a fingertip dilated on Friday.
Between that and the incredible amount of pressure down below, I'm ready for baby girl to be born.
At least we finally decided on a name!

Im sorry. I wish we can all go to sleep and wake up with our babies in our arms!! Meanwhile things have only gotten worse for me. Friday I had false labor which was exhausting and emotionally draining. DH and i have been bickering nonstop. about nothing. and tonight, i felt a lot of large movements which has me paranoid that my baby turned breach even though i know it's unlikely. my ds1 was breach so this is my fear as i am trying for a vbac. its 4 am so thats when the worst fears come out, right? my other fear is that im never going to have my baby, lol. like this is going to continue forever with no progress. obviously that's irrational. im just so impatient and antsy at this point.

Please do not let her pressure you into anything. You can even say to her, "I feel like you are pressuring me." I bet that will change her tone. I support you and wish you the best of luck!

Re: OFFICIAL SEPTEMBER MOMMAS HEARD!!!!
My doctor is all about inducing as well, but I had a very successful experience so I'm not as concerned this time around, plus I'm already 2cm dilated so while I'm anxious for something to happen on its own, I also feel like I'm ok if the time comes for the dr's to kick things into action.
Wishing all the soon to be September mamas happy & healthy deliveries!!!

Re: OFFICIAL SEPTEMBER MOMMAS HEARD!!!!
I was induced with DS and if was actually pleasent and controlled as a birth experience can be... This time I'm doing scheduled csection on 9/21... DD is transverse most of the time and breech rest (DS was head down locked and loaded before 30)... I'm also having my tubes tied so csection was chosen before she decided she wanted to be difficult 25 days to go I'm so over being pregnant I've been over it since January lol but now reallllly over it .. Only plus side down over 10 lbs from my prepregnancy weight lol and two weeks ago she was measuring on track at 5 lbs 5 oz

OFFICIAL SEPTEMBER MOMMAS HEARD!!!!
So I had my appointment at the doctor today (36w3d). Baby boy is 7.2lbs and head down, face down, ready to go lol. I'm already 2cm dilated and 70% effaced so she said I probably won't make 40 weeks which would be great lol. I'm starting to get a little nervous but I've had the week off work and I got so much done that I feel like I'm pretty ready. Let's see how things are going next week!

OFFICIAL SEPTEMBER MOMMAS HEARD!!!!
Had my DD who is thankfully perfect. My birth experience has been the opposite. Induction started at 11:20 on Friday with the insertion of cervidil. By middle of the night Tuesday they told me I hadn't made any progress in enough time and that I needed a c section. They scheduled me for 8am Tuesday. Recovery has been the worst experience of my life. The pain is excruciating and I may be developing an infection so I don't even have a discharge date. It's been over 48 hours and I still can't move on my own. I can barely hold my baby and whenever my 17.5 month old comes to visit, she wants uppies. It's killing me.
