App/OPK
My app is saying that I am ovulating today but I didn't get a positive this morning when I tested with the OPK. This is my first month using the OPK-I'm using the generic Rite Aid kind and the instructions say to test first thing in the morning. What does this mean?

I never used those but other brands would only catch my surge if I tested in the afternoon/early evening

Re: App/OPK
You mean like a phone app? Don't trust those things- they are the worst. I put in my info religiously since January and it said my cycle should be 40 days this month. I'm 28 days like clockwork.
I haven't used the Rite Aid brand, just wondfos, but I'd keep testing each morning. You may just be ovulating later than usual this month. I'd trust the test over the app 100%.
ETA: I also would test in the afternoons, usually around 2:00 PM, but if the test says in the morning, I'd go by the test's instructions. I know different brands have different instructions.

I would trust the opk over the app. The apps are pretty generic.

def do not trust those apps, I used them for so long and feel like I wasted so much time. My RE told me to get the clearblue easy opks with the smiley face.
