FWIW, she does look like she's wearing a bra, especially in the second picture.
A little perspective: Coming from a woman the exact same age as her and a double mastectomy, it is horrible to have implants where your breasts used to be.
Maybe she did nipple sparing as she did not have cancer, maybe she played it safe and removed them as well and had them reconstructed. Who knows? It's none of anyone's business. The point is, you cannot wear padded underwire bras (not that they would fit anyway) b/c your nerves are damaged and if it's digging into you, you wouldn't know it and can cause problems for yourself.
You have to wear soft bras which don't bode well for hiding nipples.
She came out with an article about her experience. Most women on this board know that.
Unless you've walked in her post-surgical body, a little slack would be nice for her regarding this specific body part.
Unless she likes showing her nips and has done this since she was first famous so in that case disregard what I've just said.

I knew she had the surgery, but I honestly did not put two and two together about her appearance here. I did not notice her bra or lack of bra anyway, but I am sure no harm was meant here.

She looks a little washed out - but other than that, I think she looks good.
I'm usually the first to suggest she eat a burger, but I think she looks good here
