Exercise after ER

So my ER was Friday. I rested all of Friday and yesterday.

Instructions say no strenuous exercise or heavy lifting until PG test. I would assume treadmill walking (not running or even fast walking) is ok, right? And some very light toning?

I'm feeling good at this point except for a little bloating and constipation. And I'm hoping a walk will help with the constipation.

What do you think? I don't want to bother my RE office on a Sunday. They will probably say that as long as it's not heavy or strenuous, it's fine.

I think walking is fine as long as you take it easy. I tried to walk as much as I could throughout the process. I was not always that successful but I tried! Also, after my transfer they said light walking could actually be good to promote blood flow. Good luck to you!

Exercise after ER

Walking is fine. I was a walking maniac during the entire process!
