Progesterone blood test 7 dpo
4th non medicated iui and went for my progesterone blood test today and it came back at 5.3. They said it should be higher than 10. First 2 cycles it was good and last cycle they didn't test it (not sure why they just said they don't always check it every month if it had been normal in the past??). Any way they are ordering me progesterone suppositories to take twice a day and will go for pregnancy blood test next week. What should I expect with this- have any of you had side effects? Also can I still take an at home preg test. I had a tiny amount of brown blood on tp today (sorry tmi). They said progesterone supplement might help that. Interested in any insights anyone who has been doing this has. TIA!!

I was on crinone for low progesterone/short LP. I didn't really have any side effects but it was gross having to clean it out every day (this is just for crinone though). You can still take a HPT.

im on crinone right now. they're not as bad as I thought they would be. a little messy.
that will help issues with spotting.
i noticed i've been getting acne while on it. but nothing terrible.
