What would your position be ??
I have been trying to order something from Wayfair since last night. The original price is $2,396, then there is a red price that shows $1,189 and the item clearly says sale. However, when I click on the item (I'm using a tablet), the item shows as $589, but when I put it in my cart it goes back to the $1,189 price.
So, I called them a few hours ago, and after being put on hold for 15 minutes was told that it was "probably" a glitch only affecting tablets and that it would be fixed in a few minutes but that the price was most definitely $1,189. Now, more than 3 hours later its still showing as $589 and I still haven't ordered it.
What do you think the price should be?? Frankly, I feel they should honor the price, given I've waited three hours to order it.

$2396 to $589 is a huge difference. Not sure they will honor it; even if it is a glitch. It would be great; but I doubt they will.
Similar issue happened with DH. He tried ordering something online on Best Buy; check out was $0. 
Then got an email a few minutes later saying item not available. Ending up being a glitch; and No, they did not honor it.

There have been numerous large-scale price glitches in the news over the years, from various companies. The company just says "Sorry, computer glitch. We can't honor the lower price."
