I have my first OB apptmt. today and I'm beside myself with nerves. It's my first pregnancy ever and I've read so many sad stories online and worked myself into a frenzy. I have to go to work first and I wish I could just fast forward and get there already!!! I know I'm going to be useless at the office today. I feel double the pressure/excitement because if all goes well today, we'll be telling our immediate families. Keep your fingers crossed for me!!

Thank you both! 1 hour! And they tried to get me to reschedule my apptmt!  For the second time! An apptmt. I made a month ago! They kept it though after I told them both my DH and I left work early for this.

I am 6w4d today and we heard the heartbeat today.  I cried tears of joy..we have waited so long for this baby.

Official April Mommas-To-Be!
Hello I am due 3/31. My first was 10 days late so I have a feeling I am going to be an April mommy. I will be 14 weeks on Wed. I still get very tired in the afternoon.

Just had my NT scan today and everything went so well! We got to see and hear the heartbeat again. We saw arms, legs, nose, spine, the baby stretching out... It was incredible. We won't get the blood results with actual numbers for 10 days but the doctor said everything looked perfect and had zero cause for concern. What a relief! We are coming out to the world this weekend and I cannot wait!
How is everyone feeling now that we're heading into the second trimester? I hope you're all feeling a little less sick and a little more energetic- I know I am!

We also had our NT scan yesterday. The baby looks great and our measurements were good. It's amazing to see how big the baby got and to see the heart beating away at 162 BPM
We get our Materni21 blood work back next week and today they will call with the NT finger prick results.
How's everyone else feeling??

I had my 14 week appointment today and all is good! Just scheduled my first anatomy scan for 17 weeks, I didn't know there were two! I'm having one at 17 weeks and another between 20-22 weeks. I like seeing the baby whenever possible

Ahh that's awesome! My OB told me to schedule my 16 week appointment in a month... so I did, but I'll be exactly 17 weeks. Fingers crossed that they do a sonogram! I'm hoping to find out the sex at that appointment- even if it's just a guess and not a confirmation. If not, I know she says she schedules the anatomy scan at 20 weeks. I GUESS 3 more weeks wouldn't kill me, but c'mon! It's so close.

Got back my genetic test results! Everything came back as low risk and we found out it's a boy!!!  I'll be 14 weeks tomorrow, and starting to get over my first trimester symptoms. Less nausea and more energy is definitely nice.  how's everyone else feeling?

Ahh so long!! I thought from 7 weeks to 13 was too much!! Enjoy it! Hope you get to find out the gender!!

Aww congrats on the baby boy!!! Thank God that fatigue and MS didn't last. I was soooo miserable for awhile. I feel like a different person. Now, I just want to eat everything in sight.  Glad you're feeling better!
