What's considered a low sperm count and a ? About motility and shape
Asking for a friend, her DHs count came back lower than normal at 30 million. Still sounds like a good number what is normal 40m? Also some swim slower and some aren't shaped normal and they want him to see a euroligist. Does this sound serious?
He does do some "extracurricular" activities like smoking the p word. She's worried that's affected him.

My RE said they like to see the count around 40-60 million but we previously got pregnant through an IUI with 26mill so I feel like 30mill isn't too bad, just a little low.
I'm not too aware of what can help/hurt the motility/morphology but hopefully the specialist can help!

30 mil is not that bad. What was the morphology and motility? If it's really low that of course will effect fertility more.
Doesn't sound too serious and I'm pretty sure a lifestyle change and some vitamins will help a lot.
