Update on Morticia Addams Halloween Costume
After trying on costumes, dresses at department stores, ordering and returning dresses trough Amazon And looking through a thrift store - I decided to make the dress
I have a long sleeve cocktail dress I bought last year in Macy's clearance - w coupon was $18.
I wore it to a wedding last year and last night. So I Got my money's worth.
I bought 2 yards of lace fabric at Jo-Ann's and got out my glue gun. Added length , bell sleeves and cut a V in the neck. Also added some broken spooky fabric under bust (got it at $ store)
I think it came out pretty good. Totally not what I trying to find from day one - but it'll do.
