Light blue/gray color. I just went with what I liked and try very hard to distract from these damn cabinets
Kitchen remodel is last on our list

when I had those cabinets, I painted the walls a sunny yellow (don't know the name of it, but it was pretty bright)

I have those! The "oak" is really just a heavy duty sticker though ( I wouldn't even all it a veneer) and is comingf of in some spots.)
It is a grayish green. I didn't change it when I moved in because there is no saving that kitchen. 
The counters are off-white, the floor is darker off-white, with burgundy accents, the backsplash behind the stove is white tiles with green, blue & yellow flowers, and the tiles on the window sill are are blue 7 mustard yellow.
Our appliances are white, stainless & black.
To make matters worse, we ought a new stove and now shows the old wall paper behind below the tile backspalsh.
