Babymoon in driving distance?
I want to do a three day weekend at some point in November/December, but am not sure where to go. People have suggested AC or Mohegan Sun, but is there enough to do there if I can't drink (we aren't big gamblers)? Someone had also mentioned Philly to me, but again, I don't know what we'd do when we got there. DH and I are both terrible at planning vacations...

Re: Babymoon in driving distance?
Manhattan? Stay in city during the holidays! It is beautiful & festive. Be a tourist! See a show, or the rockettes, go to the Statue of Liberty, maybe a favorite museum. Visit a really fancy restaurant that isnt child friendly.
In philly: visit a museum or two (look at an on line site to pick one.. We love the Rodin with free tour), go see the liberty bell, stay at a nice hotel, go to the market & have some brunch there.

Re: Babymoon in driving distance?
DH and I drove up to the Berkshires for our 5 year wedding anniversary back in early October. We stayed at a great B&B and had some nice dinners and also spent days walking around towns like Stockbridge and Great Barrington and visiting the Norman Rockwell museum. It was a super relaxing weekend, so could make for a nice babymoon.
