My DS is turning 7 in a couple of weeks. He loves Monopoly (full version, not Junior) and Connect 4. Getting Battleship for Christmas.

Quirkle. It's such a fun game, my DD LOVES it...........she's 7 now but has been playing that since age 5.
My DD also loves Monopoly Jr., Scrabble Jr., Clue, Headbandz, checkers, and Shut the Box.

I agree with Quirkle. Best birthday present for DS when he was 7. We still love to play it (DS is 10 now).
