Moms of 3 year olds - board games?
We just started playing board games - Hungry Hungry Hippos, Zingo, and Hi Ho Cherry-O. DS loves them. Any other games you would recommend? Is it too soon for Candyland?

I just picked some up for Xmas and DS is turning 3 in a month.
We got Hungry Hungry Hippos, Chutes & Ladders, and Candyland.......they were all like 2.99 on sale, so I figured I should stock up now......
....for my son, I think it's a bit early....but he seems to like Hippos. I guess it depends on the kid. Mine is more about the action, kwim?

our fave was memory
candyland was good...but my kid is dramatic when it comes to picking up a bad card.

Eddies LOVES Candyland, Elefun, Ants in the Pants, Chutes and Ladders, we have a "Cars" boardgame that he loves.

Besides those mentioned - we also play Operation, and Monopoly - DD gave baby Jesus a hotel a few days before Christmas 
She got a Good Night Moon game, Zingo, Ants in the Pants, Cooties, Candyland...

We play Candyland, chutes and ladders...some that you mentioned already...memory..hulabaloo...a mickey mouse tag game, animal scramble...and some Disney math games with numbers and letters i found..

Dd likes candyland and the cranium games about treasure island (can't remember the exact name now). We tried chutes and ladders but it was too much for her.

I'm not a mom of a 3 year old, but I work with tons of 3 and 4 year olds. The games they seem to love are:
Candyland
Candyland Bingo
Hi Ho Cheerio
Colorforms
Memory
Operation
Chutes and Ladders
What's in Ned's Head
Fishing (the one with the little fishing rods and the fish jump up and down)
Squiggly Worms

DS started getting games at 2yo and he loves them!
We play candyland, memory, uno moo, elefun, hungry hippos, cranium, with a deck of cards he sorts them by number or shape....
We have a cars fishing game.
