My boobs don't hurt ... Do they have to mean a good pregnancy
So strange they aren't sore at all. So I'm little nervous.

Doesn't mean anything. Symptoms are totally different for everyone.

I'm 18 weeks and mine get sore off and on. Much more off then on though and baby is perfectly healthy. Same when I was pregnant with DD#1...boobs never really got sore or grew

Everyone is different.. You have a long nine months so try not to question every symptom etc.

My boobs don't hurt ... Do they have to mean a good pregnancy
It took mine a little while to get sore. It eventually did happen. Try not to read too much into every symptom, they can come and go and every pregnancy is different.

You're only 4 weeks pregnant- give it time! Don't wish symptoms on yourself! At 18 weeks, my rack is KILLING me.

My boobs don't hurt ... Do they have to mean a good pregnancy
Absolutely not. I have two children and my boobs never hurt with either pregnancy. They never grew either which was the ONE pregnancy symptom I actually wanted!

Re: My boobs don't hurt ... Do they have to mean a good pregnancy
Nah. I've had several first trimester miscarriages in my past. Some of them I had VERY sore boobs, some of them I didn't. I remember with one my boobs literally felt sunburned and then the symptom went away suddenly and it was scary as hell (I did lose that one). Another one my boobs were achy again, but they STILL continued to feel sore all throughout my miscarriage. So clearly hurting boobs is NOT an indicator that things are good. Likewise, boobs that don't hurt can't truly be an indicator that something is wrong either because both of my healthy pregnancies I barely had that at all. I mean, maybe if I pressed on them it was uncomfortable, but nothing like the pain I felt with the pregnancies I lost.
The same can be said for morning sickness, as I did experience it with unhealthy pregnancies as well as my healthy ones. I think reading into symptoms is a very dangerous game to play. It can drive you nuts and is so unnecessary. They really don't mean anything at all.
