I was always a small before getting pregnant.... I still buy small sized maternity clothes.

Same size as pre-pregnancy. Although I will say, right now in my last month...I wish I had a few pieces a size up just to accomodate the bump better... But I'm still managing just fine and don't intend to buy anything new.
