Do you workout when you're sick

Feeling a little bit under the weather. My body hurts but I'm not sure if its muscle soreness or if it's aching because I'm getting sick. I did go this morning for a quick cardio session but debating if I should miss my weight training session. Half of me wants to go with the hopes I might feel better but the other half is telling me that I should rest..

Do you workout when you're sick

I always take that day off - I feel I'd rather miss one workout and get better than push myself for one and then get sicker and miss anymore!

It depends on what kind of sick but if I'm achy, I take off. When I think I'm getting a cold, sometimes a run actually helps me feel better (not in the cold weather though). But don't beat yourself up for skipping a day! Rest and feel better!

I rest when I'm not feeling well. 1. I don't want to over do it and get worse - rest is best medicine and 2. I try really hard not to spread germs. And the gym is a big germ spreading place lol
