PMS?

Is it possible for the dull PMS cramps to start a full 9 days before your period is due? This is happening to me today. And now that I think about it, it happened last month too, but I didnt realize what it was (given that my period was still a week and a half away...)

I have posted about PMS on here before. I swear the older I get, the more bizarre the symptoms, the worse it is and earlier it starts

I should add that I'm 1000% not pregnant

yes, PMS can be a week leading up to your period

Turns out that my period came FOUR days early. Soooo that explains the cramps that I thought were nine days early... Makes a lot more sense.
