Poll: time for bday party - sunday AM
I'm planning my daughter's 6th bday party and we're looking at a bouncy place. Which time would you prefer?
Also - any idea about what percentage do you find that RSVP "no"?
any additional thoughts??
Thanks!!

Poll: time for bday party - sunday AM
I would do either of the 2 later times. 9:30 is a little early for a bday party, imo. My son happens to get up super early, but I know a lot of people who have kids that don't and 9:30 would be an issue.

Re: Poll: time for bday party - sunday AM
Last year we did a Sunday at 10:30-12:30, it was perfect because it was early enough that it didn't wreck the entire day, but late enough that nobody was rushing on Sunday morning and they were able to eat lunch at a good time.
We invited my DS entire class, about 60% responded, and only 1 of those were no. The remaining kids ended up being no as well.

I love 10:30 parties. Kids have lunch and than you have your whole afternoon free.

Same here. Many parents told me it was a good time because the rest of the day was free for them.

I would do whatever works for you. We jsut took my DS to a movie party on Sunday that started at 930. Yes we were out of the house earlier than a normal day but the party was over at noon and it was great to still have the entire day.
If we don't have other plans we will generally go to a party no matter if its early or late or dead smack in the middle.
