First Question - OB on the south shore of Nassau who delivers at NSLIJ?
I like my OB a lot but my only problem is when I started with them I lived much closer. I now live in Western Nassau on the South Shore and my OB is in Great Neck. It's not the worst thing and if I can't find an awesome alternative I'll stay, but I figured it doesn't hurt to look into other options.
Bonus if it's a high risk practice.

Don't limit yourself to the south shore. I live on the south shore by the 135 expressway, and my doctors are on Jericho tpke, just off the 135 as well. It takes me quicker to get to them than it does to go 3 miles on sunrise highway! Definitely also consider practices right off of a close highway!

I really like Women for Women. They are in Lake Success (literally next door to the hospital) and deliver at LIJ.
