First Time Home Buyer Assistance
I heard that there are several programs to help first time home buyers with down payments and/or closing costs. Does anyone have experience with this and can direct me where to go? I have already been pre-approved, if that makes a difference.

I think I read on here at one time that LIHP has programs not sure parameters though

And I don't think it's open. And when it was you had to meet certain qualifications and stay in the house for 10 years.
