3 hr glucose test
ugh I have to take the 3 hr on Friday. I am so annoyed. I had to take it with my second as well, but I passed then, hoping I pass this time too. I just hate it. There's nothing to do for 3 hours. so freaking boring and hungry all while they are taking 4 rounds of blood yuck.
Sorry just needed to vent

Ugh, I don't blame you. The fasting and waiting has to be awful. So many people fail the 1 hour and pass the 3 hour though. Good luck!

thank you. I was having child care issues in order to do this and on the day my DH could stay home and work the first appt wasn't until 10 am. I was like no way. lol there's no way I can wait until 1/2 to eat lol
I found a friend to help and the appt is at 9:15 so a little better.
I am praying so hard that I pass like I did last time

Good luck! I failed the 1 hour and passed the 3 hour. I just took it this past Friday.

I don't know why they stop the 1 hour and just do the 2 hour. If you pass it, you pass. If you fail it, you fail. That's it. Not having to go back again.

I know. I feel like the 1 hr is such a waste of time. They don't do a baseline blood draw,so how do they what my numbers actually read. This is my 3rd,and with the other2, different doctors for all 3 kids, I didn't have to fast for the other 2. Its so weird.
