Eyeliner
I normally only wear eyeliner on my top lid and I only know how to do liquid. I have tried pencil on the bottom, but each one I have tried leaks and makes me look like I have black eyes! What is your favorite pencil liner that lasts and is easy to apply?

I use a potted gel liner from ColourPop...affordable and it doesn't make me look like I got into a fight

I have been on a mission.
I have found waterproof is way to go BUT im still having issues.
so far,
Lorac- top runner but still runs for me :(
Idk what I need to do.
I also got NYC waterproof eyeliner.

Stila Smudge Stick- stays on forever... you have to remove it at the end of the day. It never runs for me
I can't go back to anything else!
Oh and ladies- it's part of the Ulta 21 days of beauty- so on March 31st- it will be HALF PRICE- $11. Crazy deal!

I don't wear liner on the water line, just under that. Not sure how it works on the waterline but you can buy it , try it and return it to Ulta if you don't like it.

Unfortunately no, they are strictly online right now.
LOVE all of their products...and again super affordable

I really love eye liner and have tried a lot ! There are some great ones and awful ones. I use eye liner in my waterline
My favorites pencils are
Milani Kajal pencil
Urban decay 24/7 liners
For gel liner
Bobbi brown
Loreal infallible 24 intense gel liner

pencil liners never last on me--not even the Urban decay ones.
The L'oreal Infallible eyeliner in a pot works well for me, but for underneath, I usually just use eye shadow, so it doesn't lone, but it usually bothers my contacts (any kind)
