MS girls - what are you eating and what are you staying away from?
I can't find anything consistent other than apples. Sometimes I find something that sits with me, but by the very next day I cant stomach it. Right now, the things that seem to be okay are:
apples (or really any fruit at all) chocolate pudding cups goldfish crackers Any type of pasta with red meatsauce bread, bagels, carbs galore hot dogs
Things that I cant stomach: chicken fish any type of creamy or cheesy sauces most soups
It's so different than my first pregnancy. With DS I couldn't stand anything with red sauce and I only ate alfredo sauce. This time its the exact opposite. I also couldn't stomach chocolate with DS, and this time I crave it. And last time I lived on chicken soup...the entire pregnancy. This time...nope. Cant even look at it.

With Lara I couldnt deal with Chicken, chopmeat, or pizza. With Aidan I lost a ton of weight cause I lost my appetite completely.
I was able to eat pretzels, cheese sticks and bananas
Morning sickness blows lol

Its funny you say apples because that's basically all I could eat and I've never heard anyone else say that!
Apples, pickles and fresh brewed decaf iced tea. That was it for about half the pregnancy. After that I could handle some carbs and veggies. I couldn't go near seafood of any kind, anything dairy (except feta) and most chicken. I don't eat red meat normally. The only meat I could stomach was bacon!

Re: MS girls - what are you eating and what are you staying away from?
All the carbs in the world- ginger ale, bagels, soft pretzels, saltines, and pb&j sandwiches were basically all I could eat for about 5 weeks. I asked my OB about it and she said keep taking your prenatal vitamin and do what you need to to survive. It was a miserable time though- I threw up everywhere. I actually had a homeless woman approach me concerned and try to give me water while puking in the park on my way to work one day. I hope you're feeling better soon!

This is very odd, but today I craved a California roll so bad. I expected (like everything else) that as soon as I ate it I would be sick from it and that would be the last time I crave it, but surprisingly, it sat with me great and I thoroughly enjoyed it. So much that I think I'm going to run out and grab another for dinner

Carbs was all i ate early on. The only thing I can't stomach now is coffee, too much acid.

MS girls - what are you eating and what are you staying away from?
I like eating dry foods such as crackers and cereal without milk or bagel with butter. I can't stomach eggs or cream cheese.

Cereal was one of my go-to foods during weeks 6-15. Apples, too. Bagel sometimes. I had a REALLY hard time for a while.
