If you have ever thought about trying a health coach...
I am NOT SELLING ANYTHING and this is NOT A SALES PITCH.
I have been enrolled in a training program for health and wellness coaching and will be finishing up in the next few weeks (this program is 5 months long - I already have my BA and MA in health education)
It is recommended that we seek out clients for a practicum type of experience which really means...FREE COACHING FOR YOU!
