Clarifying Shampoo

To be honest they are all pretty much the same.
I make a homemade on that works great. I'll find you the recipe.

Or in a pinch I just use Suave Clarifying. I don't see a big difference in clarifying shampoos at all.

Here you go...this works great, is cheap and all natural!
I always use the vinegar- even though it's optional.

ETA- and I always use a good conditioner afterwards because all clarifying shampoos tend to make my hair a little drier

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon baking soda
1-2 cups warm water
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Spoon baking soda into an empty water bottle or cup, then add water. (Note: Water must be warm, for baking soda to fully dissolve.) This mixture will not create suds or lather, but if you really feel the need for a foamy wash, you can add apple cider vinegar, too. Give the mixture a gentle stir and shake, if you’re using a water bottle, and it’s ready to use.

For best results, pour shampoo over wet hair and work through tresses and over scalp for a few minutes, leaving in for up to 15 minutes before rinsing. Your hair should feel softer, have more volume, and be nice and clean. This is an especially great cleanser for naturally kinky hair.

If you have color treated hair, make sure you get one specially for that or check that it is sulfate free otherwise it will mess with your color. I had a bad experience with the Neutrogena one. Frederic Fekkai supposedly has a good one but I'm still afraid of them after that!
