I can do one on Photoshop if you want. It's very easy. Then you can print it at Staples or Costco.

Picmonkey.com I make all those Etsy style chaldboards on there.
First Google image "chalkboard background" and save it then when you are on the picmonkey site Click on "Design" then "open" and attach the chalkboard background and on the left are all things you can add, stickers, fonts, lines etc...
