I made one myself! So so easy. I got a black poster board from michaels for 2.99 and some metallic markers from amazon for maybe 5. Let me see if I have a picture.

I'd love to see a pic! I'm so not creative or artistic.. Did you use a stencil of just freehand?

I made DS's myself for his second birthday. Some I did freehand & some I printed out and rubbed a lot of chalk on the back of the print out, turned it around and traced the letters on to the board. Then went over the outline with liquid chalk. It was so much fun!

It's in my "Sophia" album. I can't figure this out at all.
Holy moly that was difficult! I free handed everything. It's not as fancy as on etsy, but it was cute!

I actually found on etsy a shop that I can buy a digital file for $12 and get it printed myself. I might go that route rather than buying the materials and attempting it myself.. Not sure if I have the patience to do so!

I made one for DS myself, it was really easy and I'm not really that crafty! I bought chalkboard plywood from Home Depot and then bought wood trim, I stained the trim and cut the pieces to fit around the plywood, glued it on. Then I ordered chalkboard markers (so it wouldn't smudge in transport) and just copied the same font that was on one like they sell on Etsy, it came out really nice and I displayed it at his First Birthday Party.
