IUI #1 = Fail
So as expected my IUI failed...now onto #2
I wish insurance didnt make me have to do 3 of these...such a waste of time and money

I got pregnant on my 4th IUI waiting ,I was just about to get IVF. Its so much less invasive so you never know!

I'm so sorry... Would your insurance take a letter from your doctor saying that IVF is necessary?
ETA that is, if you are trying to bypass doing the IUI's...

I guess I should have prefaced this post by saying that I am TTC #2...I had 6 IUI's and 1 fresh IVF fail and after a FET conceived my son. I just know that IUI's will not work. My RE said that my insurance has become strict with establishing infertility after becoming pregnant.

Sorry that stinks! I had to do 5 iuis before moving on to ivf with my insurance and I felt like it was such a waste of time and money. it is such a frustrating process hope it goes quickly for you

Yes the 6 I did was such a waste and thankfully now that I am over 35 I will only need to do 3...I would have cried if I had to do 6 more but again I am very grateful to even have IVF coverage.
