Need August vacation ideas
with a 2 month old and a 4 1/2 year old.. pretty please!!!
DH wants to check out Seattle and Vancouver, and I don't think that's a good idea. 7 hours on a flight, time change, and two cities with two little ones is going to be hectic. We went to Florida last year, so that's out.. any other suggestions?
Caribbean will be too hot to bear, please throw some ideas at me. We have a week, and need to book something soon. We have been brainstorming for a month now, and we are no where.

Aruba is not too hot in August and it's outside of the hurricane belt. It is always so breezy that you don't really feel the heat

Rent a house at the beach...we love NC...Outer Banks, Topsail, Kure Beach, or Holden Beach

i dont recommend seattle. if youre going to go on a long flight, go to barcelona. at least everything is pedestrian and kid friendly

Need August vacation ideas
I would def go to the Caribbean. I have been to the Virgin Islands in the summer and it's great.
Just get trip insurance and you'd be good to go.

Marthas Vineyard or somewhere on the Cape.
Maine.
Canada - LOVED Montral last summer and stopped in New Hampshire on the way back to L.I. Kids loved it too

Need August vacation ideas
We did the Cape and Boston last year for a wedding, and did Quebec and Canada the year before, those were excellent vacations.
San Diego was thrown around.. its the West coast, but any thoughts about that with little ones?
