Just went to the gyn last month (im 40) and she asked when was your last period, if you still get one. I looked at her like and realized im not 20 anymore LOL

the past few months, I have been getting my period every 20 days, good times!!!!

I'm 45 days overdue now, or as they would day 'wonky'.
I'm over it.
Although I wouldn't be surprised that it happens when I'm on vacation or some BS like that.

I just came across this post. For the past few months mine are all over the place and OMG my hormones are all over the place. I just had my period 2 1/2 weeks ago and have it again today. I went to gyno and its def menopause. My mood swings are so bad. I have no control over them.
ETA I just turned 42.

40 is definitely way too young for menopause. 40 is not what is was 30 years ago. Mine is so jacked.up. every 2 weeks some months. I had everything tested and I'm.normal. so I just deal with it.

FFS, I thought I was losing my mind this week. Cranky, eating everything in sight and then ooking for more, pains all over...then surprise on day 21.

40 year olds with wonky periods come in
what I thought was a wonky period this month ended up coming a few days earl then it had been. Like it use to on 28 ths day.
Like you ihilani I could not stop eating either.....
BUT I had no idea AF was coming, no prior bloat or cramps. I was out to dinner with people, all of the sudden felt bloated, got home and AF was there...
I usually have heavy post period cramps, like endo pain. Nothing this month.
All these years of having post period cramps and not one RE said you prob have endo. It was one of our GYN providers at work that told me.

ok, still waiting for my period and every other day I think its going to bless me with it arrival!! nothing. Now my left ovary feeling weird, with a slight pain.
Of course it will prob show up on Sunday while at a BBQ!!!
