ADHD parents groups
Is there a facebook group or a real life group anyone knows of for parents of ADHD kids locally...
my son is 6 going on 7 and honestly i would just love someone who knows what im going through; somedays are just plain awful. A place you can seek advice, vent or even cry maybe some coping methods, people on common ground who wont judge because they've been there.

I don't know any ADHD specific groups but there are a few LI special needs parent groups, specifically, Our Special Long Island Kids, and Long Island Special Education Parent Network.

ADHD parents groups
Look up CHADD. They have meetings and parent support groups. They also have a facebook page. Also just do a search on facebook and I'm sure a ton will pop up.

ADHD Kids Care - Support Group For Parents
Parents with kids with ADHD, ADD or ODD
Those are two groups I found that a few friends use on Facebook.

I belong to a few but none are local but a they are good place to vent and share information.

Don't know where you are located but you could check out kid esteem in lindenhurst - they have group sessions for the parents while the kids get together. Also my son is the same age if you ever want to vent/ chat. Feel free to message me
