Re: 21 day fix
i wish i could help you. I find when i do the 21DF i end up only eating salad and a la carte type things because of the containers haha my friend is a coach and sent me recipes i could try to find for you, but it is hard for me to open a pound of pasta and only make one third of it or something. DH has never done it with me so I was only ever making food for myself. I feel its tougher making individual portions for some reason.

Re: 21 day fix
I like it. I had mostly been doing cardio before starting the program so I was pretty sore at the beginning. I like the variety each day with the workouts. Meal planning is key. I found a lot of recipes on Pinterest. Since I was just cooking for myself on the plan, I made things in larger batches so I didn't have to cook every day. I had a lot of Greek yogurt with berries, cottage cheese with fruit, veggies and hummus, and celery with peanut butter as snacks. For meals, I had soups, chili, grilled chicken and vegetables, salads, and turkey meatballs with roasted veggies and sweet potatoes. Good luck!

Thanks. I'm mostly worked about the meal prep as I also have my kids and husband to think about. I have to make a calendar of food, I think lol. I may eat the same things but that's ok

Re: 21 day fix
I'd plan all of my meals and snacks out for the week especially at the beginning. I definitely stuck with certain staples. I knew DH and my kids wouldn't really eat the same meals although there are definitely ways to adapt to cleaner eating that still appeals to those not on the diet. Plus, it allowed DH to cook things for himself that he normally doesn't make because I don't eat it.

Re: 21 day fix
meal planning was definitely key. I would eat the same breakfast and lunches for the week for the most part (lunch i would alternate between two different ones.) and then dinner i would *try* to plan for the week. - again - i stunk at making food for just myself. but as the above poster mentioned - making it in large batches if probably key (why didn't i think of that?!)
