Are you looking just for a deodorant or deodorant/anti-perspirant? If just a deodorant, I've been using the salt stone and it seems to work well. It's cheap, easy to use and has nothing harmful.

So far the one that works best for me is Trader Joe's brand deodorant.

I tried Tom's and it was horrible

Arm & Hammer has no Alumiunum and I love the way it smells. I think its Fresh Clean?? The stick itself is clear.

I use Arm and Hammer also. Sold at CVS, Stop and Shop and a lot of other chain stores. It works pretty well IMO.

It's called a deodorant stone or deodorant crystal. I've seen them at several places including vitamin stores, health food stores and even Big Lots.

I've used this one (purchased somewhere else though)

crystal

I've also used this one (again, purchased elsewhere) -

stone

If you do a web search several will show up.

Primal pit paste!! I sweat and get stinky Chat Icon I was very hesitant but let me tell you, I don't smell and it really helps with perspiration too. I workout 4-5 days a week and no issues. I buy it in stick form.

I use this too, but lately I've been getting stinky. Maybe I'm not using enough plus I'm not using the stick.

I've been searching for a natural deodorant for YEARS! The crystal did absolutely nothing for me.

Primal pit paste is the best I've found so far. I use the stick version too. I think the lemongrass flavor. It made my arm pits slightly red at first (which they say can happen) but I powered through it and now they don't.

The only thing is it's kind of hard so I keep it rubbed against my arm pit for a few secs to warm it up.

Toms has SLS in it if you are trying to stay away from that. Toms also did nothing for me. I now use Kiss My Face crystal roll on. It works great. I also put coconut oil under my pits after I take a shower because it's suppose to help as well. I get really stinky for some reason but the Kiss My Face and coconut oil have been working really well, I haven't smelled in awhile lol.

I know this is an old post.
I've been using Secret for a while and haven't been happy with it for a long time.

I wanted to try something different. So I did a search for natural deodorants and saw a few listed here. Didn't find anything in the store that was mentioned. I tried Toms a few years ago and think I had an allergic reaction to it. It burned and itched so badly.

I picked up Crystal Essence Mineral Deodorant Roll On. Lavender & White Tea at Duane Reade and I'm so happy with it.
I've been using it for a few days and it's been working great!
Thought I would share incase anyone else was looking.

Anyone else use this?

I have been using Piper Wai (it was featured on Shark Tank). I have been using it for about a month now. It's all natural and it works great! I was so skeptical, but it works!

I find it works great on me. And funny enough I think the scent is so light I barely smell it. Which I like.
Guess it works different on everyone.

Does it keep you from dry? Or just smelling good?
I have an issue with wetness, especially in the summer. Which is odd being that I'm always freezing and rarely sweat anywhere else.
I had to switch to Secret Clinical for the summer months.

So far it's been keeping me dry.
With the exception of when I take spin classes Chat Icon

Its so light. I feel the secret that I using felt heavy and a bit sticky.

I've used Secret Clinical in the past and stopped. Didn't work for me at all. I actually still have it in my medicine cabinet as a back up incase of emergency.

For me too. This leaves my underarms wet. And honestly I barely sweat. Was hoping it would work.

I use this as well. Someone posted about it a few months back and I've been using it ever since. This is the only natural deodorant that I've ever used that really works.

I wanted this to work as well but it just did not. It worked great in the beginning, then out of nowhere one day I smelled horrible and it was not even noon. It was like whatever it was masking up until that point got released. I was so embarrassed to move my arms that day.

Yes, it also left my underarms feeling wet, which was really hard to get use to.

Piper Wai is pretty good. I find that it doesn't work as well for me in the hot sweaty Summer though (I sweat a lot).

I bought that Crystal stuff and it doesn't work at all. The people it probably works for likely don't sweat a lot to begin with. It also has alum in it. (a questionable ingredient).
