I personally think the IT cc cream is heavy for the summer
Have you tried a primer? benefit has one called Porefessional and there are two types, one clear that makes you not oily and the other has a tint that blends in and vanishes your pores

Honestly, just branding.
CC is 'supposed' to stand for Color Correcting
BB is 'beauty balm'
To me it's all the same stuff.
Lighter than a foundation, heavier than a tinted moisturizer.

I agree with a pp who said the IT is heavy for the summer. I have it and really like it, but not for the summer. I have also used Clinique's BB and CC - I don't notice much of a difference between the 2. Right now I am using the BB and think it's good for the summer

Unfortunately the coverage I need in the summer doesn't change- so I have to wear the same make up summer, winter, spring and fall.
My skin looks just as shittyy and in need of coverage in the summer vs the winter!

I have bene using Urban Decay One and done. I love it for everyday.
I like the IT CC... but for the summer I will definitely be using the urban decay. much lighter..for me anyway

It's funny because I have the UD one and done and the IT cosmetics CC and think they are both the same consistency wise. I use the CC more because it matches my skin tone better than the UD.
Edit to add I use a few drops of Josie Maran oil and mix it with both creams to sheer it out.

I love the porefessional primer. It's so light and smooth and really does minimize pores.

i have to go back and try my IT CC cream again now to compare them lol in general that one is lighter on me anyway, so i use that when i am more pale in the winter. i will take it out again tonight and try it and see if i see a difference

Same here. The whole 'less makeup in the summer' is not for me.
